印刷用ページ 任天堂は、13日にスクウェア・エニックスが実施したWii U版「ドラゴンクエストX 目覚めし五つの種族 オンライン ベータテスト版」のバージョン1.3.1aへのアップデート時に、エラーコード105-3123が表示される問題が発生することについて発表しました。
この問題は、起動時に自動で行われるベータテスト版のアップデートの際に、エラーコード105-3123「ソフトのデータに異常があります」が表示されるというものです。
任天堂によると、原因は配信サーバの一部で不具合が発生していたためであるとのこと。エラー発生が一部のユーザに留まった理由は、サーバが複数台用意されており、インターネットの経路によってアクセスするサーバが変わるためです。
現在、既にサーバの不具合は解消しており、正しい状態のデータをダウンロードすることが出来ます。
既にエラーが発生している場合、または13日19時以前にダウンロードを始めて完了状態になっていない場合は、正しい更新データを改めてダウンロードすることでエラーを解消できるとのこと。
エラーを解消する手順は、エラーが既に発生している状態か、19時以前にダウンロードを開始してから途中の状態になっているかで変わりますので、任天堂ホームページにてご確認のうえ操作してください。
