なお、累計200万本を突破したWiiソフトは「Wii Sports」「はじめてのWii」「Wii Fit」「マリオカートWii」に続いて本作で5本目となります。
また、6月に発売された「Wii Sports Resort」は累計156万本、11月に発売された「Wii Fit Plus」は累計131万本になっています。ロングセラー状態がこのまま続けば、2010年中には累計200万本を達成できるかも知れません。
厳しい状況が続いた2009年のWii市場ですが、最後にとても良いニュースが入ってきました。2010年は、年間を通してWiiが存在感を出せるような年になると良いですね。
