印刷用ページ スクウェア・エニックスは、22日より配信を開始したニンテンドー3DSダウンロードソフト「ドラゴンクエストX 冒険者のおでかけ便利ツール」にて何点か不具合が確認されたことを発表しました。
ドラゴンクエストXプレイヤー専用サイトのお知らせによると、現時点で判明している不具合は3つです。
1つ目は、「冒険者のおでかけ便利ツール」のパスワード入力画面にて、特定の記号が入力できない問題についてです。現時点では、一時的な解決方法として「スクウェア・エニックスID」のパスワードを変更する方法が紹介されています。
パスワードの変更は、「ドラゴンクエストX」ゲーム内またはWebサイト「スクウェア・エニックス アカウント 管理システム」より行うことが出来ます。
2つ目は、「冒険者のおでかけ便利ツール」の「すれちがい結果をサーバーに送信」メニュー内にて、20人以上のすれちがいデータをサーバーに送信しようとすると、正常にデータを送信できないことがある問題についてです。
一時的な解決方法として、「すれちがったひとを見る」内の「すれちがったひとリスト」「思い出のひとリスト」の人数を合計20人未満に調整し、再度データをサーバーに送信する方法が紹介されています。
3つ目は、「冒険者のおでかけ便利ツール」の郵便機能を利用した際に、「ドラゴンクエストX」にて”無地の便せん”として表示される不具合についてです。
こちらに関してはドラクエX側の問題であるため、2012年8月23日17:00頃に行われたバージョンアップにて既に解決しています。現在は正常に表示されるとのこと。
同社は、上記2つの不具合に関しては今後修正を行う予定です。お知らせページによると「修正までお時間をいただきますが、今しばらくお待ちくださいますようお願い申し上げます」とのこと。
